The Sellular Phones Terms and Conditions are outlined below. Please study thoroughly.
1. The www.sellular-phones.com trade scheme is open to anyone resident in the UK aged 18 or over.
2. To be eligible for the cashback imbursement, customers must send their mobile phone handset(s) meeting the following requirements:
Working Handset(s) – The handset has to be fully operational and complete with a battery, covers and bodywork; the integral body work should have no cracked, missing plastics / metal and there should be no missing buttons; the handset has to turn on and off; the screen must be functioning and integral; the handset must not be damaged in any way, and cosmetically in excellent condition.
The LCD must be working and power up correctly and fully beyond the network ‘Welcome Note’, the screen intact with no cracks. If the phone has a touch screen the touch screen must be fully functional.
Non-Working Handset(s) – Handsets(s) are cosmetically damaged and/or operationally damaged however repairable economically.
This includes missing batteries, broken keypads and aerials or the handset won't turn on.
Beyond Economical Repair (BER) Handsets - A BER graded handset is generally not able to be repaired to be reused. Stolen, fake phones are treated as BER grade.
The handsets which are classed as Beyond Economic Repair are -water damaged, physically broken, In more than one piece, SIM glued in, memory card glued in, broken battery terminals, broken/cracked/snapped hinges, re-programmed IMEI number, LCD cracked/bleeding/does not work or missing, unresponsive touch screen’s, logged by immobilise/on the IMEI blacklist register, barred by a network.
Sellular-Phones do not pay for BER phones sent to us or return any.
4. We are unable to return handsets which are sent to sellular-phones apart from in the circumstances which are outlined below. All handsets will be recycled in the correct manner. We cannot return any mobile phones that have been sent to sellular-phones and where a full price has been agreed on or after a customer has accepted a handset rate at a lower value. Handsets can only be returned to customers who have declined a lower price proffered after their mobile phone has been received by sellular-phones.
5. Infrequently mobile phones are sent to us that do not comply with our terms and conditions. In this case, if the handset(s) has some value then we will contact you with our offer price. You are obliged to reply to the email with the revised offer within 7 days. Upon confirmation of your acceptance of the offer, payment will be made within 7 days.
6. In the event of a mobile phone you have sent being rejected although you were initially offered a cash price, we will contact you via email. You will need to respond to the email within 10 working days of being notified that your handset has does not comply with our terms and conditions. Failure to do this will result in your phone being recycled as we will presume that you do not require the handset to be returned.
7. On occasion, the offer value of handsets will change on the website without prior notice. We will always pay the most recent value price at the time of receipt of the handset(s).
8. We try to make all cheque and direct debit payments within 72 hours of receiving your handset(s) as long as the details that have been given are correct. However, during busy periods we are unable to guarantee that a payment will be made in this time frame. Every payment made by www.sellular-phones.com is non-transferable and we reserve the right exclude offers with no notice.
9. All SIM cards must be removed before you dispatch your handset(s) to www.sellular-phones.com. We are unable to return any SIM card left inside your handset. SIM card swill be destroyed immediately as it may have your personal details recorded. Any personal information in your handset must also be deleted. www.sellular-phones.com does not accept liability for any data loss in SIM cards and for customer information not deleted from mobile phones.
10. Various handsets are supplied with memory cards on which music and pictures can be stored. Please dispatch the memory card together with your handset if the handset was purchased with one. The value price offered for the handset will include the value of the memory card.
11. Our company will not be held liable for any loss or damage to mobile phones which occur during shipment. Customers are requested to package handsets suitably to reduce the possibility of damage occurring. The freepost label or envelope is not a guarantee that the handset(s) will be received by Sellular-phones in the exact state that it was dispatched in. Additionally, we advise that all mobile phones and especially models of a higher value are dispatched to us via recorded delivery to the freepost address.
12. Cheques are payable to the customer as stated on the registration form.
www.sellular-phones.com cannot be held responsible for any customer inaccuracies.
13. We cannot return mobile phones which have been sent to us and where a full price has been agreed on, or subsequent to a customer accepting a phone value at a lower price. We will only return handsets to customers that have refused a lower price that has been offered after the handset has been received by us.
14. Customers who partake in the company’s cashback programme consent to the requirements of the terms and conditions as shown and by any other conditions stated in any other resources relating to this programme.
15. In instances where the mobile phone(s) that have been received by our processing centre differs from the mobile phone(s) that are registered on our online form, we will process the mobile phone(s) according to the phone(s) received and not on the mobile phone(s) registered.
16. Customers are required to take out any phone locks which necessitate a pin code. We are unable to process for payment any mobile phones that we are unable to test as a result of a phone lock. Any such handsets cannot be returned and will be recycled.
